I’m Elizabeth Turner, founder of BalanceMe Wellness Coaching. And I didn’t come to this work from a textbook.

Since my teens, I’ve battled hormonal imbalance, PMS, low energy, and the particular kind of frustration that comes from doing everything “correctly” and still feeling out of control in your own body. I know what it’s like to drag yourself to a workout when your energy is gone. To go to bed exhausted and wake up more tired. To feel like your body is a problem to solve rather than a home to live in.

What changed everything for me wasn’t more discipline. It was understanding what my body was actually asking for — and learning to work with it instead of against it.
